Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Dawg Pound Tournament - Mite 1
Notice of not attending 30 days prior to start of tournament a team will be refunded 100% of deposits or tournament fees paid. -Notice of not attending 0-29 days prior to start of tournament a team will be refunded 50% if a replacement team is found and if for any reason, a replacement team is not found no refunds will be issued. If we are unable to fill a division/tournament and division/tournament is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Dawg Pound Tournament - Mite 2
