Summer 2026 Bantam/High School
Dates: July 6-10th
● 9 total ice sessions (2 a day excluding Friday)
● Ice times will be from 10-11 and 2-3
● 28 skaters with 2 or 4 goalies
(14 per team. 9 forward, 5 defensemen)
SCHEDULE
● 8am arrival
● 8:30-9am video and talk about game
● 9:10-9:30am off ice warmup
● 10-11am first ice session
● 11-11:30am lunch
● 12-1pm off ice activity / intro to workout
● 1:10-1:30pm nutrition and recovery teaching
● 2:00-3pm Second ice session
● 3:05-3:30 parent pickup
Friday the 10th will be only one ice session because we will scrimmage each other that day.
There will be one day of lunch provided preferably the last day. Or on Thursday.
Total cost per person will be $569 goalies $269
Jerseys will be included.

● 28 skaters with 2 or 4 goalies

SCHEDULE
● Arrive 10-10:15 am
● Video and game discussion 10:30-11am
● Pre practice off ice warmup/activity 11:00-11:30
● 11:30-11:45 snack
● On ice from 12-1:15 pm
● Parent pickup 1:20-1:45
The total cost per player will be $350 / Goalies $175
